Cultural Advisory Board
Overview
The Tātou Collective (Tātou) Cultural Advisory Board provides independent cultural advice to strengthen Tātou’s commissioning of Whānau Ora services for Pacific peoples across Aotearoa. It brings together cultural knowledge, community insight and lived experience to help ensure commissioning decisions reflect the diverse realities, strengths and aspirations of Pacific communities.
Tātou invites Expressions of Interest from passionate, experienced and culturally grounded individuals to join the Tātou Collective Cultural Advisory Board.
This is an opportunity to contribute to a commissioning system that values both evidence and community knowledge, strengthens prevention and early intervention, and supports better outcomes for Pacific families

Investment Board
Overview
The Tātou Investment Board provides advice to the Tātou Governance Board on the strategic allocation of Whānau Ora funding across Region 4 to ensure Pacific families and communities receive the right support at the right time.
The Board brings together experienced leaders with strong community roots and sector expertise. Guided by the principles of Whānau Ora and a commitment to equity, the Investment Board makes decisions based on family aspirations, community needs, regional insights, and the best evidence available.
Their role is to ensure that every investment supports strengthens Pacific families for generations to come. The Investment Board champions transformational outcomes and upholds the voices of Pacific families across the regions as part of decision-making.
