Tātou Collective is a Whānau Ora commissioning agency supporting Pacific families across Aotearoa to strengthen wellbeing, build resilience and self-determination.

We are seeking an experienced Navigator Practice Lead to guide, coach, and support Navigators across our network. In this role, you will champion high-quality, whānau-centred practice, enable supervision and reflective learning, and ensure Navigators have the tools and confidence to walk alongside families with the greatest needs.

You’ll work closely with delivery partners, communities, and stakeholders to build capability, embed cultural frameworks, and help translate frontline insights into better systems and outcomes.

• Proven experience in social services, health, or community development.
• Skilled in reflective practice, and professional development.
• Deep understanding of Pacific cultures and values, and culturally responsive approaches.
• Confident communicator and relationship-builder with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of risk management and quality improvement processes.

Some out-of-hours work and travel will be required.
